March Stitch Fix Review

I took a few months off from Stitch Fix to save money during the holidays/Christmas.  Then I felt like I had an overwhelming amount of winter clothes, and let's be honest, we don't need a ton of winter clothes in South GA ( I mean, we were in shorts on Christmas day! )

So, come February, I was itching to get some cute spring clothes in a Fix.

For those of you that may not know about Stitch Fix, just let me give  you a quick run-down.  It's a fun box service that offers great personal styling!  It's a subscription service (you can choose monthly, or more or less frequent if you like!) and you have personal stylists that put together 5 items just for you based on your style profile, Pinterest wish board, budget and even suggestions. You only have to keep what you like, but if you keep all 5 you get a 25% discount!! You can send the items back just by putting them in a pre-postaged bag provided by Stitch Fix (how easy is that?!).  For more details see my blog post here.  You can also sign up for your own Fix by using this link here.

:::Alright, now to the fun stuff:::

Item: Collective Concepts Katelynn Printed Dress  (also with the KFTK denim jacket, discussed below!)
Opinion:  I LOVE this dress.  I asked for more "color" in this fix.  I had seen this dress on Pinterest, and actually never "pinned" it.  However, it is SO flattering and very feminine.  I can wear it with heels and a cardigan or blazer for work and sandals and a jean jacket for play.   Its very versatile and nice enough to wear to church, a wedding, a shower, party, etc.
Verdict:  As if I wasn't gushing enough about it above, of course I kept it!

Item: Brixon Ivy Clara Lace Detail Swing  Skirt
Opinion:  This is honestly something I would have never even picked up in the store.  It is so flattering and cute though!  Again, another versatile piece.  I can see myself wearing this with flats and a chambray top for a more casual look, or pumps and a dressy blouse for work.
Verdict: Kept!!

Item: Skies are Blue Colina Mix Material Knit Top
Opinion:  My stylist, Carly, is awesome because I pinned this top, but in a different color.  The peachy/pink color is way better though!!  Again, another piece I an wear with gray slacks to work or with distressed skinnies/shorts for play!
Verdict: I wore this one right out the door the day I got it.  It was a no brainer!

Item: Kut From the Kloth Callie Denim Jacket
Opinion: I wasn't crazy about the distressed look at first whenever I "peeked" at my fix.  So I figured this one would go back.  ohhh emmm geee. This is the softest denim EVER.  It fit to a T.
Verdict:  Kept!!

Item: Bay to Baubles Rayna Beaded Drop Earring
Opinion:  These matched everything I got and I am obsessed lately with light pink.  I also am obsessed with gold tone.
Verdict: Duhhh, they stayed!

Overall, this was a 5/5 fix!!!  Making my whole purchase right at $200.  No bad for 5 high quality pieces of clothing that will be staple pieces in my closet!  I have already scheduled my next fix for the end of March/beginning of April.  I am asking for another Gilli Maxi because I love the one I have and a pair of mint green skinnies because I love all things mint these days.  I can't wait.

If you are like me and you don't have time to shop, don't know what "in," have a hard time styling outfits, or live in the boonies with no good shopping around you should give Stitch Fix a try and have a personal stylist at your doorstep!!
